KWalker, you better hope Farrar doesn't try to barge into your house after reading this thread.

Perhaps you should get an team Argos bodyguard.

Marcel Kittel is basically Dolph Lundgren on a bike, so that'd work for almost any situation

It will be interesting to see if she does have any more of a focus on the elite XC side of things. That's about the only thing missing from her palmarès now.

T. Farrar's issue is not just that he can't do much on the bike but that combined with the fact that he really is difficult to like. He acts like he's the world's best bike rider and deserves a cipo leadout train.

I'd be more impressed if she decided XC was too easy and decided to race downhill instead for more of a challenge. If I was a woman on the XC pro elite circuit I'd be damn worried but also excited about the prospect of measuring up to her awesomeness.

Marianne Vos will go for olympic gold in 2016 mtn bike xc. My prediction. (based on seeing her at some Dutch mtb races... kicking everyone's ass).

I suspect I'll see her blow by me this Sunday... maybe I should wear a helmet cam.

I find it amazing how some of the cycling world harang Wiggins for being able to peak so long in a season to the point of almost obsession yet no one questions Vos.

Re: Vos- Parity is so much less in women's sports in general, that's why she can dominate all the disciplines. Not knocking her though, incredible talent, and very hot when covered w/ mud

Watching the finale of the ToQ today on al Jazeera streaming. It really is a boring arse race, but the last 5km coverage has probably the best coverage of any major spints including the TdF cause there's just no trees and you can see exactly how people are moving up in the bunch etc. Some Cannondale guy gave Cav a suspiciously good lead out....

Less competition for Vos?

Sorry I think I may have come across wrong. I don't believe Vos "enhances" I also believe wiggins to be clean is more a dig at journalists and the twitter Taliban.

I love Vos and she's a huge inspiration.
