The Italian teams are there because, well they're Italian and it's the Giro. The colombian climbers there for fireworks.

I followed a link from their web site and it says that it isn't available in the UK iTunes store - is there any way around that?

The magazine is through Zinio, which is not done via iTunes (as I understand it).
