Yes, I think he would lose his title. It's certainly happened to other people. But I can never understand why people accept these awards because IMO they don't deserve it. And it helps perpetuate the British 'class system'. Sir, Lord and Lady bullshit. If they can give it to Mick Jagger then they can give it to anyone. A self styled anti establishment figure who became just that; done next to nothing for charity despite his wealth; so presumably got it just for being famous.

probably it's more of a PR stunt, as it helps to recognize certain celebs as brits. for instance, many people think Rolling Stones are an american band ( yup.. :noidea: ) but on the other hand you cant mistake Sir Jagger for not being a brit.

Love that pic of DeVlaeminck, but not surprised. He was always the coolest looking bike rider. Nobody comes close IMO.
