I don't know about the Euro teams, but a good many domestic teams in the US have big garage sales. Open to the public. We also have a day, it has passed called "The Big Stampede." This is on the East Coast in Charlotte, NC. I am sure there are others. This is basically where you can buy a booth and sale your old stuff. I think it was 5 bucks to get in. I bought some saddles one year at a great price. Some of the items the teams still are very proud of.
