He's retired. Probably forgot to pack a bike too knowing him.

Well there's plenty of DS roles at Sky these days

I'd love Hammond to get one of those.

I'd cut Jens some slack for not wanting to blab about everything he saw. I don't think many of us report on every misdeed we see in life.

True, I agree with you there, it's just that he made such an adamant 'I Did Never Dope' thing on Bicycling.com so he was kinda asking for it, but yeah.

?

He's married to an Aussie, will likely be living in Melbourne from here on out. And yes, he is retired.

In that case, I hear there is a DS role at Orica - Green-Edge he could take up

Sad about Wiggo!

We all know how Van drivers are a cyclists worst enemy. Why on earth do they hate us so much? No matter what country Ive ridden Ive always found that Van drivers are always the most dangerous. Ive lost count of how many times they have tried to purposely run me off the road.

But have to say UK (London) is where I got it worse. The average van driver in London is totally brainless and full of hatred.

I wish Wiggo has a quick recovery! And on the plus side this could help raise awareness on the matter.

It wasn't a van which Hit Wiggo it was an Astra driven by a............Women!

So that explains why he got hit then, no forensics necessary :)

Im from london and have to say that a lot of van drivers not only want to kill cyclists, they will kill just about anybody else who gets in there way.
