@HammerTime2
People that use fake quotes should be banned from forums. It's low, dishonest, and slanderous. The word scum comes to mind.
I dont care if people talk about doping. I think it's funny that people refuse to talk about it and pretend that because a certain rider did well that it is ok to ignore it. But being a liar all together isnt cool.

I said to myself when the peloton entered that turn: There will be a crash. Impressed that they managed to avoid it at the apex and stay upright all the way to the exit though.

A lead out so fast no one able to do anything about it. (Crash and confusion didn't help). Martin massive pull from 2.6k to go, over to Kwiat at 800m, then Trentin, Renshaw, Petacchi, Cav went. Boom. 10 bike lengths!

God that was beautiful. Nothing like watching a flawless leadout train put everyone to the sword :)

Neither Lotto nor Giant had the opportunity to feature in the final, so who did they beat exactly?
When the Lampre rider let go of Cav's wheel it was curtains for everybody behind him, as they already had to close a good 20-30meter gap near the red kite beause of the crash.

What is interesting from today is that the BMC guy in the initial break changed helmets from the Aeon to the Air Attack after a while, presumably to save some wattage being in the break.

what a shame for Cavendish to celebrate like that such an easy win.
With so many trains and sprinters fighting, each grand tour sprint finish could be a carnage.

I found a bit funny the way he sprinted till the finish line while he had already a big gap when he left Petacchi's wheel.
And yes Cav likes to exagerate with celebrating victories with hugs and kiss just as much as he exagerate when he loses. :doh:
