Wow, such high *research* there, I'm surprised you don't consult for law enforcement agencies.

False businesses, code names, trying to avoid detection - ya, very organised right there. Because all of that is so revolutionary.

Sounds like these criminal organisations involved are so complex it's a wonder their involvement was ever discovered.

Actually I do consult for them and did! Funny thing right? Someone actually has a real job off of the internet that they have training in and are qualified for? And they disagree with you.

I never said that was high research, just the first two Google links.

How much does a PhD in being a raging asshat cost these days? Did you major in trolling?

I shudder on this 'heart attack.' Spain is in an extremely precarious position both financially and politically at the moment with scandals galore including the ruling party.

Uh-huh, sure you did champ.

And then you post utter drivel like this:-

KWalker wrote:...I studied transnational organized crime in graduate school and its very rare that a public figure, such as an athlete, would engage in illicit activities and not take extreme precautions to cover their tracks...

Bet the FBI was amazed at that sort of insight. Especially when it's a load of dingo's kidneys.

Fuentes had clients from many soccer teams, and these teams have the best international players in the world. Problem is that all these players are properly covered with money. This doesn't happen with cyclists. Power from FIFA and soccer teams is protecting Fuentes clients to come out. Everybody knows cyclist in the 90's and 2000's were on the dope, but soccer players would be something new. There are also some french soccer players, tennis players and boxers involved, and also swiss and italian cyclists. Also some national soccer teams are involved... All the higher sporting stitutions are against revealing the customers of fuentes.

In contrast, french federation, french journalist and tennis player rafael nadal has publicly acknowledged their hope on these clients to be revealed, as they are now being suspect although they are pretty clean. Cancellara is also under the radar, apparently.

If this list of clients come public, there will be many many surprises, cause we all already know that some cyclign teams are dirty, but other sports professionals would be quite a big news...

This trial is not about doping, is about public health. Doping agencies should press to get the blood samples and analyse them.

Olympic comite is the largest cover up of doping in the world, don't forget that.

^ And in historic news... Frank S. A really rare guy. But a prominent athlete wouldn't be *that* obvious about criminal activities, would he?

I was drinking milk when I read this and it came out my nose. Well actually, I wasn't, but how does Riis say stuff like this with a straight face?

Hey mate I have both TW and KW in my username  It was meant to the two of them.

I like to maintain a positive association with my normal account

And considering that even though it was found out he still got away with it, what motivation do they have to be overly careful?

It's probably fair to point out that pro cyclists are famous for what their bodies can do, not their brains. Sometimes fans can put athletes on a pedestal of all around awesomeness, but apart from physical prowess they're just normal young guys, some are clever, some are dumb, some are even Ricardo Ricco. Add to that they spend a lot of time in a very insulated environment and an above average level of naivety is probably to be expected.
