I don't know how other countries National Road Race Champs go but 114 DNF out of 156

Testimony to the brutality of the course!

^^^The Trek Luxembourgian champion jersey looked very fine. At first I thought the Austrian and Croatian ones were just celebrating past championships won a bit too loudly. For a reigning champion they're a disgrace.
Kick that design dept. in the teeth.

Leopard, Astana, Radioshack, and now Trek Factory have a history of disgracing national flags on champions' jerseys.

As an American, I found this one downright offensive.

Image

This one didn't look like a national champion's jersey at all.

Image

And this one was just plain tacky.

Image

And those are only the weak attempts at US jerseys. Some of the others are just as bad if not worse. I agree, the national federations should be responsible for a basic design that the team then incorporates.

From a US perspective, I like the traditional stars-n-stripes jersey (or a tasteful variation). I don't think it's too difficult for a jersey design to tastefully and respectfully incorporate a national flag.

The new Trek kit is certainly a lot better in real life.

RE; Sky on stages power meters

Sky no longer appear on the SRM sponsored page. Not 100% sure but the list looks a lot shorter than what it has in the past. Seems the tides are changing.

I liked the Shack's national champion jerseys. You can figure out who the riders are and that's that. Its not an art project. That jersey TP is wearing on the podium is heinous. The worst had to be Freddie's Jelly Belly champ kit

Er, still over half the pro peloton.

So was Roulston on 6.7s? Did he get busted for breaking the 65mm rule? ;-)

When I first saw the photo shoots I thought it wasn't too bad, then I saw it actually being ridden and it actually doesn't look that great.

Also, Hayden Roulston running ENVE wheels at New Zealand national champs road race today.

Also, this is the podium, in order, in this photo (the break). Third wheel is Tom Davison - a mate of mine. He's not even a full time cyclist, he's a triathlete. Incredible ride from the young lad:

Those are indeed the Enve SES 6.7. And they're legit:

On the national jersey topic, I want to join the side who hate Treks disrespectful jersey design. It's not necessary to get all fancy with the designs. Can't be so hard to use a flag as the "groundstone" on a jersey. Always nice to see the french jersey on FDJ.

Yeah, have seen that list, was wondering that maybe it applies if you want to use them in TT. 808s and many other 65+mm still on there
