Are they wearing speedsuits/skinsuits with them having a shaped profile at the jersey hem?
Looks like regular Giordana Formared Carbon jersey and bibs.
I didn't notice the green on the shoes, they do look good.

It's a mess.
Cause economy sucks and they aren't able to have 1 big single sponsor but only thousands of small ones...?

Cycling is considered to be one the best return on investment. Big biz are afraid to touch many teams, scandals can't seem to slow down. 2014 will be ever a bigger scandalous year. Since the corrupt UCI mgmt is out of the door and WADA/USADA are getting more involved and few very deep testing methodologies are being put in place.

Does that Bardiani team bike still have an anti-scuff shipping sticker on the crank arm? Nice setup, but that's like wearing a suit with the security tag still attached. Details...

I doubt they made the decision to take paying sponsors for fashion reasons.

The reason why, is usually because as a pro conti team, they have to pay wages to meet UCIs rules etc. Riders often bring their own personal sponsor to a team to pay their salary. Therefore, by default become a "sponsor" of the team.
