How well does the rear brake perform when it's located here in the rain?

Qualified guess: Rim will dry up slower than on a bike with seat stay mounted brake. Could turn interesting if you're a bit late coming off your brakes into a hairpin.

It also has the benefit of accumulating more grit on the brake pads which acts like grinding paste. Thus brake pad and rim life shortens and one can sell more brake pads and rear wheels.

I suppose the new previewer is a success because now I want to go buy the magazine because reading it on the previewer (on my MacBook Air) is impractical. PDF is much easier. (added: I see # of page zooms is limited, so that makes it totally clear).
