Pre-LOTOJA drivetrain update:
- KMC X10SL chain (really love these things)
- XG1090 11x26 cassette to replace my old OG1090 11x26
- Zipp Vumaquad Compact 50x34 10/11 rings to replace my 9/10 rings
- Yokozuna Reaction shift cables (to replace my iLinks that can't stay in reasonable tune)
- Was going to replace my Red RD and/or shifters, but was convinced they have plenty of life remaining; saving me a bundle of $$$!

Pending - Either Lightweight Edelhelfer or Zipp SL water bottle cages to replace my "sided" BTP 15g cages, which served me well for ~5 seasons but seem to have stretched (???) to the point that bottle retention is now mediocre. Unfortunately, I have zero interest in replacing them with another set from Bernhard at BTP.

Fitted on 10 speed drive train, works flawlessly. I went from 50/34 compact to 53/39 double and I'm very happy with the results!

Trisports. It was a walk-in for me but it's on their website too. 40cm only though.

These arrived today after 2 1/2 months of mess-ups and waiting. 235gm each with the summer insoles and 237gm with the winters. I was surprised at the consistent weights.

Was going to get new shoes in january but since these are limited and the stocks are running out i just couldn't risk waiting.
The fit is very good compared to a S-works road shoes these are more secure and much less heel slip.
