Picked up a set of the new Mercury Pedals from tririg when they went on sale today. Can't wait to try them out.

I guess they sold out in about 2 hrs. They're supposed to be about $250 plus shipping and they had them at $225 plus shipping for the first batch available.

Extralite Road Stem OC 120mm 93.2g

Image

Also just ordered from Planet X some carbon road bars for my current ride. Guizzo 40cm C-C 25.8mm for only ~$50 that are claimed to weigh 200g. So this teamed with a Syntace F99 stem I have (110g 120mm) will drop my current bikes front end by 188g if their weight is accurate!

A bit disappointing given it's a size 44, will be updating my build page soon. :)

A quick training ride after work in the parc became too "dangerous". Too many children, dogs, old people, baby strollers, skaters and no control, and it will be worse when the weather improves.

So in order to be able to train everyday a little bit and specially cardio intensity I have bought some Elite Arion rollers.

Then I can also mount it on our roof terrace to ride in the sun without shirt to get rid of a "white chest - tanned arms" problem cyclists have...
