Had to up my sock game since the Ale jersey arrived!! These Giro HRC teams in highlighter yellow should do the trick! Can't get new socks without new shoes, that's just silly!! Wanted these Fizik R5B kicks for a while now.
I'm a happy chappie indeed today

Torque situation sorted.
Norbar TTi 20 & TTi 60 torque wrenches (1–20 & 12–60 Nm, respectively), and Norbar TTs 3.0 torque screwdriver (0.6–3.0 Nm). These all feel ridiculously solid, like "will them to your children" solid…

Mom: He was very sickly until he started riding around on that bicycle.
Dad: Yeah... well... now his body’s fine, but his mind is gone.

Finally got some new wheels, bang on claimed weight at 1400g. (Though that was with a Park hanging scale, so just one step up from guessing, really )
Then because there weren't any Shimano/Sram pads in stock I needed these.
And it kind of snowballed from there...

Can't wait to get these babies and then out on the road. Was the the point where I didn't even have any clinchers in the arsenal anymore except my Shamal Ultra Gold's which I don't like to use too much as they're a bit of a relic now (in a good way). Zonda's always been my fav training wheel, I prefer the steel spokes to the Alu of the Shamal etc and the C17 should be a great addition to that formula. Although they're not 2-way fit (guess those are coming next year), I'm mounting w/ Schwalbe Pro One tubeless. I did have a go w/ the Hutchinsons about 4-5 years ago, I believing the hype that these have evolved massively from those...we'll see.

Looking forward to the report! I'm still on previous generation Zondas ... was really hoping they will bring out a mille Zonda but somehow doubt they'd be so generous to cannibalise Shamal sales ...
