Really cheap used Ultegra Di2 group (no brakes, no chain) plus insane cheap Dura Ace brakes of Ebay. Next up one of these shiny golden chains for my current project :)

Picked up the frame second hand, new wheels and transferred the rest from my old canti frame. I still can't decide what color bar tape this beast deserves.
