Just the frame. Millirons don't go as far as they used to.

Those are sweet! Only thing that will suck is cleaning all the dirt from the holes the first time you ride in the rain :(

Mid ride yesterday; a brand new GP4000s tire, as my old one (well, it had about 500 km on it) was ripped apart. A small rock cut straight through the tread on the tire.. put in new tube and a bill between tire and tube. Luckily made it to the nearest bike shop... Most expensive tire purchase ever.. but well worth it and a moment to appreciate that there still are actual bike shops around.

oh and I bought some,

XTR980 shifters 205gr plus 32gr for the cables that came with them.
XTR981 Fr mech 149gr with spacers to fit 31.8, to fit triple chainring.

Sorry I did weigh them but was so keen to fit them that I forgot to take piccies. They look the same as others I guess.

2012 Selle Italia SLR Kit Carbonio Flow to replace a 2010 model of the same (worn through cover).

2012 weight clamined/actual 115g/128g. 2010 weight claimed/actual 125g/134g.

Interestingly 2012 model has oval carbon rails, 2010 has round carbon rails. 2012 model rails have mounting area approx 15mm further forward than 2010, allowing more aft-wards adjustment if desired. Also rails have a deeper dip to the mounting area which raises the saddle 5mm over the 2010 necessitating seat post height adjustment. The positive is more space for the top part of the seatpost clamp which aids assembly.

KCNC C7 brakes in black, 2nd hand, with Swiss Stop carbon and alloy brake pads. Now I just need to figure out how to get the branding off as it is the old branding that is kind of ugly
