Do these have shifting 'lift' pins? If not how well do they shift from small to big?

One of my lift pins fell out on the first ride, glued another in, but the shifting was terrible. Just would not lift on to the big ring. Changed after two rides to Extralite and can't fault the shifting now. Hope yours works as they do look awesome and weigh bugger all. !!!
