Gregory Bauge, but I think that kind of save owes much more to luck (and physics) than skill. A bike actually wants to stay upright in the short term*, and what saved him here was being locked into the pedals; on a releasable set up, he'd have instinctively pulled a foot out to try to save himself, and almost certainly would have gone down.

*if you don't beleive me, look at some of the motorcycle crashes where the rider gets thrown off and the bike rolls for as long as it take to hit something which will stop it. Also, this one springs to mind

I wish I could find the video, but Wayne Gardner actually got this back despite landing beside the bike, not on it.
