hey guys i saw it before and want to post it on my club site as some people wanted a better undertanding of what a tempo ride equates too. it was a table that showed what sort of effort was required to be doing a threshold ride or tempo etc.

you mean the w/kg ratio table or the "sst" table doen by Coggen and made famous by the guys at FastCat?
