I was reading the tech feature
CyclingNews had on the new Orbea Orca when I can across this:

I know CyclingNews has done some pretty wacky stuff before, but isn't this pretty blatant?! I found it slightly humorous myself...

And we have a winner!
CyclingNews wrote:On test: Orbea Orca, August 20, 2008Price: US$6485 (as built); US$2899 (frameset only)
Weight: 6.78kg (14.9lb)
Pros: The total package of stiffness, weight, and ride quality; stunning good looks; reassuringly solid tube walls
Cons: Might not fully satisfy the stiffness or tech-head diehards, limited color palette
Cyclingnews rating: More information: www.orbea-usa.com
4.5 out of 5, who would have thunk it?

I assume the poster's point is that the tire clearly says Pro2 Race. Off-topic, but the Webcor women ride this bike, and in my opinion, in person, it's a very attractive design. I'm not sure about the stiffness issue claimed by CyclingNews.

DJ, you're spot on. And I'd have t o agree with the stiffness claim. I've heard it's a very stiff frame...
