whats the italian word that road clubs use in italy?

"squadra" is Italian for team. Fairly cool if a little militaristic.

Better get "sportivo" in there somewhere as well.

"Bici" is a diminutive of bicicletta which might look good as well but you'd better run it past a proper Italian.

I suppose you'll end up with "Kingston Bike Club", but in Italian which is much cooler than English.

Otherwise most clubs in the italian-speaking part of Switzerland (where most Swiss pros are licensed) are called "Velo club". Also many clubs in North Italy use that name.
