Need iconography ideas

I want to put the Tom Sobal quote "Pain is weakness leaving the body" on my top tube just behind the headtube. But I don't want to write it out. I want to represent it in iconography so only the 'initiated' will understand it.

I can do all the graphic artwork. I just don't have any ideas. I know the WW hive mind is futile ground for off the wall ideas, so I thought I would ask - what symbols would you suggest for pain, weakness, body, and the action of leaving?

how about a schematic of a body radiating pain, a plus sign of a bicycle, an equal sign, followed by a schematic of a body resting comfortably with hands under the head and legs bent and crossed?
