The complaint was several pages touching several things (personal, production and forumlation are all suggested) but did not present any evidence at all. Lew's initial request for EDGE to stop was denied.
That doesn't mean no evidence is there nor does it mean the complaint is valid.
It means there is a complaint and the court (last I heard) requested more details. The next hearing was supposed to be April 28th.
Regardless of how anyone wants to "look" at what's posted here, nobody here could possibly come to any conclusions.
