Next time we get charged $80 for taking a bike on a flight, maybe we should mention that the $10,000+ we spent getting the damn thing below 6.8kg is saving them money.. Plus us cyclists aren't usually that hefty either! We're airline-friendly! :lol:

I knew this was going to come down to shaving weight off planes.....carbon fibre everywhere! Carbon fibre seats aren't too uncomfortable, maybe they should use them for long hall flights. Ti bolt tuning, definetly. Kick out the fat people, that will easily save a couple of tonnes :roll: (cruel jokes, but hey, it's 6:00 am here, still no excuse, but...6am!)
This board would be a nicer place if everyone would take themselves less seriously.
