Can I add an italian company?
It's called Marchisio, and they are mainly known for their cassette, but they produce some nice alloy clincer wheels which last forever.

Bridgestone track frames
Cinelli (the old 'criterium' bars especially)
Teschner
Van Dessel
X-treme
Bont

I'm a bit biased on the last two but I've been very impressed after spending a bit of time on both.

Aren't the "Bridgestone" track frames made by Anchor?

Yep

I was under the impression that Anchor was no longer in existance. I haven't seen a Bridgestone/Anchor frame branded as Anchor in two/three years. Either way, very much under rated.
