Looks like Anton's putting the miles in over on Fuerte with the LW crew! Looks in good shape.

5-times up to the schwägalp and it would slowly comes better.

As his official personal trainer, I see a lot of work to do within the next weeks / months / years...maybe even decades!

yeah, china is a big country with many many good and nice place for bike tour,even use a roadbike.

Maybe we should start a WW commune, somewhere warmish all year round and preferably not raining all the time, like here in the UK.
We could all come and go as we pleased.
I'm thinking of trading in my bike helmet in exchange for a snorkel and mask.

Not sure about all year round sun but I may have just the place...my place is in the centre of the first photo, and it was 18 degrees today, and the almond trees are in blossom.
