since the exchange rate between dollar and swiss franc is great at the moment(well at least for us  ) i'm thinking about ordering a zipp wheelset in the states.
i can get the set here for around 3000 dollars, i'm sure that cheaper is possible, no?

edit:if this is better in the cycle chat section, sorry and thanks for moving it.
if it's against sponsors or the host here, sorry and thanks for deleting it.

2350 US is about where they are...

PM Madcow, or you can email cycleco.com and ask for Jeff, but there may be some restriction on where North American dealers are supposed to ship...

You will not find someone who will sell you these wheels below the full retail price unless you have a relationship with a bike shop or know someone who would give you a good deal.

Still in all the exchange rate is where you will find the savings you are looking for. If you are placing an order for overseas shipment then it will more than likely not happen that they will discount the wheels for you.

Anywhere in the European Union is fine for shipping internationally. Places like Eastern Europe, Mexico and Africa for example is where you will run into restrictions.

Many LBS will be beyond desperate to sell Zipps in the middle of winter. It should not be hard to get a good deal. Call around.
