Just back from the re-opening of my LBS. They're selling the sweet stuff from now on. This means I can actually see and touch the goodies before I'm going to spend silly amounts of money on them. Not saying I'll be buying the LEW pro VT-1 any time soon, but those wheels sure put a big grin on my face that I can't seem to wipe off. Hmm, maybe those custombuilds...

Interestingly, while the SRAM guy of course was very enthusiastic about Red, he was also raving about the Zipp cranks. He did a test ride with the Force, Red and Zipp cranks (rest of the bike the same) and was shocked that he could notice a distinct increase in stiffness going from Red to Zipp. The Carbonmasters, was his opinion.

Museeuw just told everybody to get their arses away from TV's and computers and go riding. Nuff said. Though I'm sorry DocRay wasn't there, it could've been interesting

Same kind of a stroy on my end ... popped into a "new to me" LBS in town and saw all sorts of really great WW cycling gear. The Lew tubies were out of this world light. Just missed seeing a Lightweight set, which apparently sold earlier. They had a set of Obermeyers come through recently for a customer, too. Definitely heading back in there to check their WW stock.

Hey which LBS is it, I'm from Holland aswell so I have to pop in over there
