Predictor Lotto & Liquigas are coming to stay at my training camp facility next week, does anyone have any specific requests for photos? any parts that they want taken photos of etc?
Just been out with Dominique Cornu(he´s arrived a few days early) for a couple of hours, "Just take it easy" I said, "I am" he replied..... And now I´m off to go and carbo load for tomorrow´s ride with him,
"1kg of pasta please sweetheart..."

Greg Van Avermaet is one the young ones in the team. He rode a very good first season in 2007. Is he coming too ? Can you ask him how he prepared for next season this winter and how he hopes to perform in 2008. What are the races he hopes to race for victory ?

p.s. Still finding out about the velodromes here... the one in Benicassim is a bit to rough for racing, maybe ok for training, i need to go on my bike around it and check it properly.

Off topic, but Jay Cee, I attended a fiesta back in Sept. in Benicassim. Ran with the bull in the ring. Very nice town, had lots of fun.

I was working in Castellon for a week, not so nice of a town.

Small world.

Today, my legs were a little sore...
