If you use Firefox you can go to Tools > Page Info > Media, then browse through the list and search your wanted picture and click save as on the bottom right.
Another option is disabling JavaScript via Tools > Options > Content and unmark the JavaScript thingy. Don't forget to mark it again once you're done!
Disabling JavaScript with Internet Explorer goes like this:
From the Tools menu, choose Internet Options... .
Click the Security tab.
Click Custom Level... .
Scroll to the "Scripting" section of the list. Click Disable or Enable.
Close and restart your browser.

Some sites use JavaScript for popups etc., these won't work while JavaScript is turned off, but as I said you can just enable it after you got the pic's. The easiest way is the first method I stated with Tools > Page Info > Media in Firefox.San Marco wrote:What is the detriment of disabling Javascript?

Web developer toolbar in firefox lets you isolate images on a page quite easily.
I totally forgot the easiest way Works both in Firefox and IE:
Left click an image an drag it to the address bar, you may have to fiddle around where to drop it because you have to get an icon next to your pointer. If you can't drop it you get a "forbidden icon" and when you can drop it you get a "+" next to your pointer.
