It looks like its just a Felt DA. you can see where the cable exits for the rear brake by the bottom bracket.

Interesting that he seems to be running a tufo on the back. The time would've got him 9th out of 13 at Aussie nats this year, good result for his age but really the results are nothing to go buying sheep stations over.
