despite the fact they brought the tour in through the roughest horrific areas of Glasgow the finish was quite good, and i managed to get Cavendish to autograph my inflatable T-Mobile Jersey! Ben Swift is certainly one to watch!

Did you see the "old blokes" crit? Best event of the day, for me anyway in my first crit because I hung on in the chasing bunch, wasn't lapped and got a 12th place(':D'). I was pretty pleased for a complete road race novice with two kids.

Thanks to all the advice from the forum. My bike was well sub 6.8, I needed every bit of help I could get.
