Hey thanks Calnago! Recovery is going very smooth. I am back riding now on my regular schedule! Shoulder is still a bit stiff and range of motion is not all the way there yet, but I am doing PT and lots of exercises at home. There was a little bit of nerve damage that makes my right arm go numb at random times, but they think it will repair itself inside of six months. As far as the plate goes, it feels weird, and is noticeable, but not painful so far, so unless it really starts hurting I'm going to leave it in. I will check pm's.
