Rapha Core v Castelli Endurance bibshorts

I'm hoping to buy a pair of Rapha Core bibshorts but the sizing chart suggests I am between medium and large. The waist sizing indicates large but the leg length is definitely medium. I comfortably wear Castelli Endurance bibs in size XL - so anybody know how they measure up to the Rapha Core bibshorts? Cheers.
