Maybe you can file a warranty claim with Fizik? I emailed them once on an Arione that had a horizontal crack on the shell, but of course I had the saddle for four years. Surprisingly someone responded within a few hours asking me to send a picture of the manu stamp. I did so and they sent me a new saddle. I was shocked, but pleased. I always but Fizik now. Of course, never had another issue.
