Polishing carbon parts.

Hi all.
Got a small scratch on my handlebar (aerofly). No big deal, but I would like to get rid of it, or make sure it's less visible. How can I fill it, and polish after that? something that ensure clean look and easy to apply at home myself

I see many people striping paint off their bikes, so assume it's doable.

Depends how deep it is. If it is only a light scratch, some wet sanding with 2000 grit may fix that for you.

gonna sound strange, but a dab of tooth paste on a damp cloth
especially if you wet sand first
it will work wonders bringing a high gloss finish back to life, if its starting to go dull

The bars will be painted, so you are trying to restore glossy or matte (much harder) paint. Glossy can be polished, matte will have to be repainted.
