Krabi, Thailand

I am going on family vacation for a fortnight to Krabi, Thailand. I would like to maintain some cycling fitness, so I have been googling for bike rentals, guided tours, etc. So far only one operator, Krabi Eco Cycle. Seems to be focused on easier recreational riding. Anybody knows about other tour operators, good places to rent a decent mountain bike and good routes for training. I think I will just try to get some short and hard intervals fitted in. Also, if anybody knowd of a gym with spinning bikes, that could also be an optiom.

some of the major hotels have indoor gyms for guests...that has a spin bike. never been to Krabi.
