2017 'PRO' cycling discussion.

Looking at Fernando Gaviron's Instagram, looks like somebody (I assume him) busted their saddle rails. The seatpost clamp looks to be the wrong kind for a carbon railed saddle. I don't know if they offer an alternative but assume they do.

I expect maybe top 20 for him in GC but maybe better in mountains, that's what I was meaning in my reply to the OP. Maybe a stage win if not in the running for GC
not entirely my type of sense of humour but I will definitely watch this one

"People dope... Yeah.... You know, it's a sport with literally hundreds of dollars on the line and dozens of fans... Stakes are medium!"
Also it looks like LA's in it.

The one they did on tennis was surprisingly much funnier than it looked IMO. This should be pretty goofy.

opting for that LW disc again
pretty unreal (maybe not) that MK can do better TT than a 'tt specialist' in marcin bialoblocki. But that's what makes WT even another level up!

I couldn't find exact course details, but given Kwiatko's quote from the finish:
“I felt very strong from the start, despite it beginning uphill and with a headwind."
Maybe the course was more suited to him than Bialoblocki?

Looks like a Frankenstein suite. "A patch of see through here, some lycra there", but I guess it's pretty aero else Sky wouldn't wear it.

It's also important to remember that Kwiato is no slouch at TT's. He won the opening prologue of the 2015 Paris-Nice, beating Dennis, Tony Martin and Tom Dumoulin... Incidentally, he was wearing the Polish National TT jersey that year too.

The see-through skin suit results in sunburn (we've seen this pic of Froome before):

It feels like a case of the Emperor's New Clothes to me (literally and figuratively)...
