Better hand position on a road bar for TT stages, supposedly. Here is Greg Henderson doing it at the Herlad Sun Tour this year

hood position was intention.

only allowed if you hold world tour license or participating in merckx class TT.

yea i think this was mountain TT stage ..... stage 19? where we saw quintana win and use those knee length aero socks for the first time i think

i forget who's bike it was.... my memory says henao?
