Cheers, these are taken down in Wellington, New Zealand. We are having a cracker of a start to summer. Only a week in and there are already water restrictions due to the lack of rain.

Cheers! I'm getting there, but recovery has been frustratingly slow. I have some lingering issues due a partial tear of my supraspinatus muscle. Not a bad enough tear to operate on but the specialist won't start rehab on the muscle until after the clavicle plate is removed at the end of January. Frustrating as hell, but I can do easy trail runs (soft ground seems to not be too jarring) and am getting back into some short, easy road riding. If I hit a pothole or have to go up a kerb my shoulder really lets me know it's not happy though.... and I haven't had a good night's sleep in over 3 months now!! :(

If I couldn't get out and enjoy this run of good weather I'd probably go insane though.

Thanks - we went trekking for a week in a remote part of the country - towns on the area are small and the closest city hundreds of kms away. We stayed with farmers in the area, some of the buildings date from the kolonial era in the 1800's

A few more:

And if I ever meet an aardvark, I'm going to step on its damn protruding nasal implement until it couldn't suck up an insect if its life depended on it.
