Spring is here, mornings are lighter & a little warmer.
About 5km of my commute is the beach & then along a causeway.
This is about 6:15am

Good pics Squashed, did you upgrade your camera in the end?
Also looks like you live in Sumner - the causeway is a double edged sword, either painful headwind or awesome traffic racing tailwind
Cheers

Yep, prevailing wind tends to be tailwind to work & headwind home. I take a circuitous route along Bridlepath to avoid traffic, traffic lights & makes a 25km commute either way.
No to new camera, however, I have cleaned the lens it's made a difference

That's a fair old combo to carry with you on a bike. Mine are taken on a Pana GM5, it's very pocketable.
I had a week's family holiday in Normandy in August. No towering Alps but we were all delighted to be abroad. Lovely quiet roads with uniformly good surface unlike southern England.
French villages are very French.
Can't escape 1944 round here, this is a memorial to the US 90th infantry.
Beachfront at Agon-Coutainville.

Top of one of my local climbs approx 3.9 miles, 1000 foot from sea level, 10 mins from my door, second half steep. Trying to hit it once a week this Autumn, twice this week. Not a climber as too heavy, but trying to develop it and get better.
We rode back from Prague to Switzerland. What a cool ride.
Fly to the office this morning. Autumn is here...
