Still, nice to see some new roads https://www.strava.com/activities/824204992

Sunday was a bit different, went looking for some skiing but no snow, even at 1800m:

(Road up to the Bielsa Tunnel)

Ended up finding a bit of ice instead :-)

First ride of 2017 after three weeks off due to Xmas and man flu. Grippy out. Devon; South West UK - very greasy in the hinterland between coast and moor. First post here in sometime but back on it - a steady two hours of cadence and low HR.

Pfft. If he heads to QLD it's still 10+°c for most of winter. Even Sydney north doesn't get much below 0°c Gloves and a Gabba andd off you go. I survived last winter without leg warmers on the Central coast.

Yeah, all those photos floating around in July of hardcore Aussie 'crossers riding snow spike tyres and wrapped up in balaclavas, combo windstopper hoods/neckwarmers and lobster gloves just to venture out into the hellish winter climate downunder...

My heart bleeds for you guys, it really does

Agreed it gets nowhere near as what some of you guys have to deal with. Just want to clarify that it is isn't sun sand and surf year round*. We may have to use full fingered gloves plus leg and arm warmers some mornings...

*Up Queensland way it is all year round, but I personally wouldn't want to live there.

Nothing wrong with QLD, except the lack of daylight savings, shitty trading hours and the humidity during summer... :smartass:
For the record, I was using arm warmers, and wishing I had a jacket and leg warmers over Christmas down in Vic :|
