value of a Serotta Colorado frames

Gents,
I've got an original Serotta Colorado frames from back in the day - late 80s? It's had a repaint, but even so, the paint is tired, especially in some of the rub spots like the rear derailleur cable loop. I need to sell it, my gut is that it's worth $300 just as a frame/fork - thoughts? Also, it's currently built up with an uninspiring mix of old Ultegra, some old Cinelli etc, I assume I would be better off parting it out, but would like opinions.
TIA

You will always do better parting it out but it's work but is it worth 5 hours of your time?

5 hours to strip a bike?
Don't frighten spud.
It takes about 1 hour to completely strip a bike, even when drinking beer.

No, I was estimating 5 hours to part it out on ebay. Dissassemble, clean, list ads, mail boxes - it will probably be more than 5 hours.
The real question is, do you have someone giving you money for 5hrs your aren't spending parting out a bike?

Oh "ding ding" we have a winner!
Nice one, Marin. Good point.
For the record, I try my best to never strip a bike without some alcohol being involved.

To me the question is whether it's worth it to spend those 5+ hours on that instead of riding, or doing something else you enjoy.
Getting rid of stuff you don't need can have value in itself though.
