Shimano CM-1000 action cam

Hi,
I know it’s a bit late to ask question as it released almost 2 years before. I’ve just got one as the price is low. I got mine few days before and found the video quality is abnormal (the video is apparently blur) when took videos with the lens protector,

It’s normal when take off the lens cover

I’ve already updated the latest firmware and mobile app, did you experience the same situation before? I didn’t try the under water cover and will try it tonight. Thanks
