Hello, looking for a decent magazine to read and I'm thinking of subscribing to the German magazine Tour Int.

Anyone subscribed and can recommend?

I'm looking for proper no bu****** reviews and wondered if the mag is more interested in keeping sponsors happy etc.

cheers

I am trying to subscribe but the app keeps crashing on my iPhone. Maybe the app is not compatible with the latest iOS 9.3.3?

It's all downhill from here, except for the uphills.

Thinking of subscribing myself for 3 months to see what it's like.

I get it on my iPad and just downloaded the latest issue without any problem.
The tests are pretty good, providing comparative data instead of the usual subjective reviews.
They do some interesting aero testing with a dummy that pedals. As we all know the rider affects air flow so their testing is more realistic.
Their test protocols seem to favour German bikes, but the data provided allows you to make your own assessment.
I find their articles interesting and informative.

"they favour german brands" really. bs statement. in the last year the german brands have lost every major shootout to foreign brands..

btw. german designed bikes like german cars favour engineering vs marketing.

@spartan - we are all entitled to an opinion, there is no need to be so rude just because someone's opinion does not not concur with yours.
