Hey,
Sorry for the potentially silly post but I would like to order something from Smud-carbon and emailed a week ago but haven't had any response. I assumed that was the proper way to order but now am second guessing myself. Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advanced and I apologize if I've overlooked something obvious.

Have patience, he will eventually reply. If you don't hear from him in two weeks, send another e-mail. After the request is responded to he'll ask for shipping/contact info, verify what you're asking for and send you an invoice via Paypal, just like Berk does.

He is quite busy... and English isn't his forté. Carbon is, however.
As far as I can tell in ordering things from him it's a one-man operation.

But the products are top-quality and definitely worth the process.

Sounds good, thanks for the response. Should've figured I was being too anxious. [emoji51]

Yeah, his responses are really slow, but his items are worth all the waiting.

So, just an update... I (finally) got a price quote and sent a payment yesterday. I'm excited to get my stuff, I'm sure it's top quality, it did, however, take awhile to communicate and make the order... 5 months.

I think he's a one man band. It's abit slow but does eventually come through!

Yes.
Piotr takes some time to answer the emails, and it's usual for the items to take some more extra weeks to be delivered.
But both quality and price are worth the wait!

Thanks!

You got it. In my experience it took him a few weeks to get back to me.
