Update
There's still a lot out there-
"Upgrade Bikes has only received 246 of a possible 2,000 Kinesis forks recalled in August following the death of a cyclist whose forks separated"

Colleague mailed me the link. I've got two of them. One on my bike, one on the wifes. Both done well in excess of 20000 miles.

Unfortunately the shop that sold us them has gone under, and we've emigrated. So it's going to be a fair ballache to sort, but upgrade seem to be on the ball so far.
