A couple of weeks old but in same shape today, maybe even a couple of kgs lighter.

My friends says I got horselegs..haha.. Born lucky with my quadriceps..Guess they would look pretty good, if I lost some weight/bodyfat.. 195cm and 106 kgs...

Not very impressive but after 5 months off the bike due to being hit by a truck I'm just glad to be cycling again lol

It's about as good as it's going to get, it's just not as strong as it was but hopefully in time it will be
