Go back and take a look at who Evans was climbing against and beating ,No offence but it was not Porte Yates etc it was Schleck ,Bertie etc climbers/ riders on a much higher level.
It doesn't matter. It's really this simple - you're saying that Evans was awesome and climbing as well as anyone else in the race on a day that he lost 2:15 in a single stage because he couldn't follow Schleck's attack. You're also saying that Froome is a terrible third week climber and was annihilated by Quintana when he lost 1:58 in two stages (having previously gained 1:04 in one mountain stage). If you can't see how hilariously daft your double standard is you're either trolling or insane.
Also you cannot say that Evans beat a 'higher level' Contador when Contador was beaten by Voeckler that year. If you give Froome no credit for beating Contador because he was off form (both times) then you cannot give Evans credit for it either.
Bertie beat Chicken who then got [unfairly IMO ] pulled from the race .
What alternate dimension have you been watching cycling in? Contador was 3:10 behind Rasmussen, having lost more than 4 minutes in total in the mountain stages, when Rasmussen left the race. According to your Quintana vs Froome logic that's beyond annihilation. That's Rasmussen hitting him with a Trident missile.
I have given credit to Froome for his victory's take a look , I have said countless times that he was worthy of all his tour wins.
Right you've said that he was worthy of it... but that he couldn't have beaten literally any Grand Tour podium finisher from the last ten years whose name you can remember... except conveniently the ones who are in this race, and who were in the 2015 Tour or the 2013 Tour. And the Grand Tour winners and podium finishers who he did beat in those years were all conveniently in the worst form of their lives. Or ill. Or took bribes from bookies to finish off the podium. Or whatever, it doesn't matter what the reason is they were all completely rubbish and that's the only way Froome could possibly have beaten them - but he deserved it!
It's truly incredible the way your mind works, you're like the ultimate Fanboi but in reverse.
Whatever it is, you've outlasted me. It's been fun, but now it's just boring. Have fun watching the rest of Le Tour from behind the Looking Glass!
