FD looks similar size to 9000, just restyled with more sharp edges - RD looks tiny though! From that angle it doesn't look any bigger than the mechanical version.

Sven works for Trek also ( plus taking care of his team )
So he seems logical that he must test the new products

He could use a H2 head tube
But he still got it , he will race this week at his CX race even if retired , against the bests
He has kept a good shape but still

You mean it's crap?

Sportful and Castelli are basically the same company, so that figures.

I really like the Castelli/Sportful design but sadly it just doesn't last.

Wouldn't go that far, but noticeably a much lower quality than the Craft jersey.

What specifically about the design do you really like?

I actually find that Castelli's mid-level kit hold up far better than their top tier stuff, which is fine for me because I actually prefer their Kiss Air chamois to their Progetto chamois. Seems like their stitching to make race-cut kit like the Inferno bibshorts just isn't very robust, but their Volo line is as strong as can be an a fraction of the price.

I think some of their overshoes are great and well designed in terms of the cut. However the stitching used in some cases is bizarre. For example using a single line of stitching with fine thread in high wear and abrasion areas but then using re-inforced stitching in low wear areas.

The same is true of the Gabba/Perfecto range. I think the jersey and jacket range are well designed from the point of cut and usability but the stitching is of low quality and doesn't last. Particularly around high wear areas like the pockets.

Please, not this again. He has other threads bemoaning Castelli. Take it there.

Sorry for having an opinion Mark.

Most of my criticism of Castelli was actually in this thread, along with my praise for the brand. Castelli is a good case study of how a previous dying brand has been brought back to the mainstream. The have some great designs, but I feel the quality is lacking.
