I think it's great that a cyclist can still win a grand tour GC with a normal upper torso.

This from today's Velonews:

Astana called in its medical team from Torino to poke and prod Nibali before Thursday’s start in Milan’s outskirts. The doctors will reveal their findings to the team later Thursday, but followers sense trouble.

We'll see just what he was "poked" with, eh?

Hope they're not one of 'those' medical teams.

I think it's normal that GC contenders have reasonably skinny upper bodies. I don't see Kruijswijk being an exception.

Valverde looks bulkier IMO.

It's just his shoulders. Amazingly wide.

I didn't know whether to laugh, cry, or throw my computer.

There was another mugging for minor places, I think it was in the chasing group, just before the line. Did anyone else catch that?

Yeah, I believe it was with Oss who got beaten on the line.

Opinions be dammed, I'll miss the fluoro kit of Tinkoff.

^^That's it, Oss and Malacarne. I thought it was kind of petty and d**kish, and I thought I saw in Oss' expression that he thought so, too. :p

If the place matters, it's not petty to take it. If the place doesn't matter, why would the loser be upset?
